More SQL trouble..
I'm not happy to report this, but we got another bit of SQL trouble... we had this a few weeks back too, but it solved itself then... not sure about now :(

Egon, this one's easy to miss and causes real problems:
Have you put indexes on all of your primary keys?
Rich, I'd have to check the original source code... I basically just installed the Postgenomic.com software, and extended it a bit, but not really dived into the MySQL specifics...
